Mark your calendars! Decor + Design will return to Melbourne on 20-23rd July 2017 for its 14th year.

The show has established itself as the leading networking destination for furniture, homewares, lighting, home décor, artwork and much more. Co-located with the Australian International Furniture Fair (AIFF), the show is set to attract more than  11,000 visitors during  four  days. It is a show not to be missed.

Over the years, Decor + Design and AIFF have become more than just a trade show, providing a platform for engagement, inspiration and interactivity amongst the design and retail community.

“We are very excited about Decor + Design and AIFF 2017,” says Chris May, event director at Informa Australia who organised the event. . “2016 was a fantastic year with 10 per cent growth in attendance. 2017’s exhibition has grown by 20 per cent and has already almost sold out, so visitors can expect many high quality exhibitors showcasing inspiring new products at the event this year.”

The 2017 schedule has been strategically devised to provide attendees with the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of decoration and design through not only the exhibitors showcasing their products but via interactive experiences which educate, inform and inspire.

“Decor + Design and AIFF is more than just an exhibition, we look to give our visitors and exhibitors an experience which they can use in their professions every day. We provide tools and resources to broaden horizons and expand networks, to open doors to creatives around the world,” says Chris.

A key highlight on the Decor + Design schedule is the VIVID Design Competition that puts emerging Australian designers at the forefront.

“Known for launching the careers of many Australian design luminaries and nurturing Australia’s emerging design talent, VIVID has already unearthed more than 700 designers and with 2017 marking the 14th year of VIVID, our hopes are high for even more innovative and creative designs from around the country this year,”  says VIVID 2017 Curator, Daniel Dalla Riva from Latitude Group.
