Beaumont Tiles has entered the Western Australia market with its first store in Joondalup, helping make bathroom renovations a breeze for local plumbers.
Bathrooms are a big deal for many Perth homeowners or those looking to enter the market, with the HIA predicting 35,600 local property owners are expected to remodel their bathrooms during 2022-23.
Beaumont Tiles general manager of retail Paul Atley says that while the average new home features 2.6 bathrooms, most inner-city apartments are only left with one. So, it’s best to maximise what you’ve got and make the space look as spacious as possible.
“Unrenovated bathrooms are full of untapped potential, and it’s important to avoid common pitfalls such as incorrect product selection when planning your renovation to ensure maximum bang for the buck,” he says.
“Interestingly, since COVID, the lifecycle of a bathroom has reduced from 17 years to now less than 12, making the pressure to make selections that balance style with functionality vitally important as bathrooms have gone from practical spaces to central style statements of the home.”
To answer this dilemma, Australia’s largest tile retailer, Beaumont Tiles, simplifies the renovation process from concept to completion.
“Our new network of WA stores is going to be leading the state in terms of store layout, customer experience, product offering, supply chains and exciting renovation support technology,” Paul explains.
“Our exclusive What’s My Style quiz and BeVisual visualiser are a power couple for significantly simplifying the design process.”
Beaumont Tiles Joondalup is now open to the public and is the first of four stores in WA scheduled to launch before the end of 2023.
