The Vent-Axia PureAir Room provides a safe space for people suffering from allergies or who want to be sure they are not breathing in harmful pollutants and wish to improve their indoor air quality.
The filters of an air purifier will remove airborne contamination and allergens such as dust, pollen, animal dander, dust mites, tobacco smoke, traffic fumes and more. Removing these can make a positive impact on the indoor air you breathe and therefore help to improve your health and wellbeing.
The Vent-Axia PureAir Room is an advanced multistage air cleaning system that removes these harmful particles and neutralises bad smells, purifying the air you breathe for a fresher and healthier indoor environment.
For larger spaces, the Vent-Axia PureAir Room needs to be run for extended periods whereas smaller rooms take less time to be purified. It is recommended that the purifier is switched on at all times so that lingering pollutants do not accumulate.
The Vent-Axia PureAir Room can prevent asthma symptoms and allergies by filtering out airborne allergens like pollen, dust and animal dander. However, it does not cure asthma and allergies. Air purifiers are more of a preventative measure; not a cure.
For any air purifier to be effective, it has to move the air. The Vent-Axia PureAir Room noise levels are in relation to its speed setting. The higher the speed the noisier the unit can be. It can be as loud as 45 dB(A) similar to a modern dishwasher or low discussion in a library. The unit also has a sleep mode. In this mode the device operates at the lowest fan speed for minimal noise.
The Vent-Axia PureAir Room should be placed in a room where most of the time is spent. There should be no obstruction in the airflow of the air purifier. There should not be anything placed to the sides or top of the unit to prevent obstructing any air from passing through it.
To help provide good indoor air quality to a home we recommend cleaning and maintaining the Vent-Axia PureAir Room regularly. We recommend a filter change every 3-6 months.
Windows can be opened when the Vent-Axia PureAir Room is in operation and it will purify the air within the room. Keeping the doors and windows closed will help the Vent-Axia PureAir Room to maximize its effectiveness since external pollutants are unable to come in.
