Create an effortless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces with Rylock’s Australian designed and custom-made sliding doors. Great for entertaining and maximising natural air-flow, Rylock’s sliding doors seek to reconnect people with the outside.
When product exceeds the maximum industry length of extrusion on site frame assembly or in the case of corner sliding and stacking product, frame members require joining. When this occurs, the join for each of the head and sill aluminium extrusions features an internal joining block to aid structural rigidity and water tightness.
Made from a red anodised aluminium alloy, Rylock’s proprietary joining blocks ensure the joint for both the head and sill components achieve a greater alignment, which can otherwise become compromised after considerable use. The component features a unique profile with paths and holes to ensure the sealant will reach all surfaces of the joint for widespread coverage, to withstand significant pressure on the join.
Rylock has always recognised the importance of designing products that consider Australia’s diverse landscape, seeking to enhance connections with the outdoor environment; while also designing and manufacturing products that last very many decades, as functionally intended.
Sometimes it’s in what we can’t see, that truly does count.
