Phoenix recognised as the Australian industry leader in tapware design
Phoenix has now been awarded an outstanding twenty-five international design awards over the past decade, making them one of the most respected brands in the tapware industry. The iF World Design Guide has rated Phoenix as one of the Top 25 design companies worldwide in the “Bath” category. However, their latest award puts them into the lexicon of Australian industry design leaders.
The annual Red Dot Awards are the ultimate recognition for excellence in product design. Based in Germany, the awards celebrate outstanding international design that is aesthetically appealing, functional, smart, and innovative. From the Red Dot Award winners, the highest distinction of Best of the Best is announced, as judged by the Red Dot Jury of international experts.
Phoenix was the first Australian company to win a Best of the Best Award for tapware product design for their Axia collection in 2020. Meticulously crafted with crisp detailing and a strong presence, Axia’s unique design details include the lever-less handle with progressive cartridge technology.
At the 2022 Red Dot Awards, Phoenix has been honoured yet again with a second Best of the Best award for the elegant and slender Teel collection. A triumph that no other Australian tapware business has achieved for their designs.
