Methven launches Wairere shower collection with Airstream technology

Methven, a New Zealand-based plumbing solutions manufacturer, has released its Wairere shower collection that aims to turn the daily washing and showering routine into an invigorating all-over experience with the Airstream technology.

Airstream infuses water with air, increasing the volume of the shower droplets for a more voluminous, refreshing and rain-like shower experience.

Methven head of design and innovation Andy Grigor says the new showering collection is simple and stylish with three configurations included in the range: Twin Shower System, Rail Shower and Hand Shower.

Plumbing professionals and interior designers can outfit the shower head however they see fit and know that the Airstream technology will give users a wonderful experience.

“The new range looks at home in a traditional heritage style bathroom as much as in a contemporary monochrome space. In line with the most popular finishes in bathroom accessories, there’s either chrome or matte black finishes,” Andy says.

The Wairere collection can switch between spray, bubble, massage, spray & bubble and spray & massage modes for a completely custom shower experience.

Ideal for a quick bathroom makeover, the collection comes with adjustable mounting brackets, allowing for an easy retrofit installation and the rub-clean nozzles are perfect for hard water areas and removing limescale build-up.
