Drillcut, an Australian building services supplier, has launched a new, ‘whole-of-project’, online management system for its customers, the Drillcut 360.
After two years of development, the Drillcut 360 solution aims to make an immediate impact on Australia’s plumbing industry by targeting improvements to a project’s supply chain efficiency, productivity, labour costs and cash flow.
Drillcut chief executive Tim Phillips says that this new solution is far superior to anything else on the market because it provides the “whole package” of project management in one place.
“As far as the plumbing industry is concerned, the ‘Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse’ are poor cash flow, ongoing supply chain issues, cost increases and loss of productivity,” he says.
“Drillcut 360 is a game-changer because it puts the power back in the hands of the project manager to address each of these challenges.”
The online project management system also features product pages and will be the future home of Drillcut 360 Video, covering the latest on compliance and best practice, as well as industry news, trends, developments and innovations.
Drillcut 360 is also backed by a leading knowledge-sharing, innovation and industry collaboration Hub, known as DrillClub.
According to Drillcut, some of the most prevalent challenges facing today’s project managers, include multiple deliveries, which cause constant on-site inefficiencies, the cost of labour, theft and outdated ordering processes.
“Drillcut 360 is made to address these pain points, improve the efficiency of the job and provide a window into any job, anywhere, any time. It responds to an urgent need for a better, more efficient and more sustainable approach to the management and delivery of projects within the plumbing industry,” Tim adds.
