Glenlyon Residence | Miglas
In the small town of Glenlyon, Victoria, Miglas Windows and VR Builders collaborated to create a dwelling pushing the boundaries of contemporary design.
Spearheading the venture, VR Builder translated innovative concepts into reality, while Miglas Windows contributed their state-of-the-art double-glazing solutions. With cool winter temperatures prevalent in the area, the double-glazing allows for large expanses of glass that won’t affect the comfortability of the indoors.
With ample fenestration interrupting the cladded exterior, the selection of Zeus black matte powder-coated window frames exemplifies the dedication functional aesthetics.
The Glenlyon residence boasts a notable BAL40 rating, offering resilience against the harsh Australian bushfire-prone landscape. It stands not only as a visual delight but also as a secure and inviting sanctuary for its occupants.
