The boutique development, comprising 15 luxury residences, stood out among the best projects in the region. Competing fiercely in its category, Anden Coogee’s victory at the Asia Pacific Awards automatically qualifies it for the overall International Property Awards, which will culminate in an illustrious ceremony in London in early 2025.

Anden Coogee is celebrated for its blend of biophilic design, wellness, sustainability, and luxury. This project includes a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, alongside two three-bedroom penthouses. The collaboration between CE, MHNDU architects, Dangar Barin Smith landscaping, and Lawless and Meyerson interiors, has resulted in a development that respects both the environment and local heritage. The project features a retained art deco facade that seamlessly integrates with a contemporary extension, enhancing the existing streetscape.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards are renowned as the largest and most prestigious programme in the region, forming part of the International Property Awards. Judged by an independent panel of over 100 industry experts, the awards consider design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and sustainability. This year’s competition saw over 900 entries, with the panel chaired by Lord Best and Lord Waverley of the UK Parliament.

Nathan Chivas, Managing Director of Central Element, expressed his delight at Anden Coogee’s recognition. “Anden is a truly remarkable development. Its continued recognition is a testament to the award-winning team that we had working across the project,” Chivas stated. “After walking away with two wins at the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) NSW Awards for Excellence last year, and a flurry of nominations for the project this year domestically, it is great to see Anden being awarded on an international stage. I look forward to seeing our Anden Coogee project being honoured further in the International Property Awards in London later in the year.”

Anden Coogee’s success at the Asia Pacific Property Awards underscores its excellence and sets a high benchmark in the realm of luxury apartment and condominium development. As the project eyes further accolades on the international stage, it stands as a shining example of innovative and sustainable urban development.
