Caroma opens new Sydney flagship

Multi award-winning Australian water solutions brand Caroma has opened its doors to its brand new flagship store in Sydney. The 2,500 square metre showroom located at 39 Collins Street, Alexandria, showcases Caroma’s diverse and innovative bathroom ranges with sleek modern designs and unique water-saving features including new and heritage collections.

The impressive architecturally designed flagship store, a vast, tranquil space filled with native Australian plants and trees, celebrates Caroma’s 75 years of craftsmanship and commitment to water conservation. To celebrate the new flagship, Caroma has collaborated with renowned Australian interior and product designers to curate ten unique capsules including: furniture designer Mark Tuckey (kitchen design); industrial designer Tom Fereday; local neighbour Dan Mylonas, Brand Director of The Grounds, Alexandria; industrial designer Chris Hardy; designer and stylist Emma Elizabeth; interior designer Alexander Lotersztain; furniture and product designer Charles Wilson; a double capsule from internationally recognised colour and trend forecasting agency, Colour Hive; and an aged care capsule from Caroma in-house designer Peter Sweatman.

In addition to the new collections, customers can also find Caroma’s four bathroom collections Coolibah, Olida, Piperita and Caesia – named after native eucalyptus plants given their ability to retain water, but also the characteristics that inspire the collections’ purpose.

From developing the first two-button Dualflush ceramic toilet in the world, to creating the award-winning ultra-low flush Smartflush and Caroma Cleanflush systems, many of Caroma’s products
have been developed to use up to 40 per cent less water. Visitors to the store can find over 400 innovative bathroom solutions and fixtures including baths, basins, toilets, showers, taps and accessories with fully functioning bathroom displays, fed by on-site rainwater collection tanks.

In-store, highly trained staff with experience in bathroom design and efficacy are on hand to provide professional advice and guidance to home-owners and renovators. Customers will also be able to take advantage of the latest 3D-modelling technology to help them personalise and envision every detail of their bathroom design that best suits their needs.

Caroma on Collins will open to the trade and public from Wednesday 9 May, 2018
Address: 39 Collins Street, Alexandria, NSW 2015
Opening Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, Saturday & Sunday 10am – 4pm
