DESIGN20eleven

DESIGN20eleven, KBDi’s third annual conference awards event, is coming to the Gold Coast in July

As the third annual kitchen and bathroom design industry conference and awards, DESIGN20eleven has some large shoes to fill. With a host of excellent speakers, industry-focused events and the glittering awards gala night, this year’s event is set to be the best yet.

Held on the Gold Coast from July 22–24, the conference, with the theme of “Designers — Inventing the Future”, will comprise two days of sessions on topics ranging from business and leadership to design insights provided by a panel of designers just back from Interzum in Europe.

A high-profile keynote speaker will also address attendees on the morning of Saturday, July 23 — visit the website for updates on who this surprise guest is.

The conference culminates with a formal awards gala evening on Saturday, when the winners of the national awards will be announced, including the winner of the National Certified Designer of the Year award. The winner of this award will win a place on the KBDi International Designers Tour 2012 to Eurocucina in Milan.

Finalists will be announced at special chapter events in June, details will be announced shortly.

As past years have shown, spaces at the conference and seats at the awards dinner sell fast, so book now to ensure you don’t miss out.
