Home Show Season – Are you ready?

With Spring around the corner and the Home Show season fast approaching, KBDi would like to remind members of the opportunity available to engage with potential new clients on our ‘Ask an Expert’ platforms.

If you’ve ever considered exhibiting at a Home Show or Grand Designs Live expo, why not ‘test the waters’ by taking a stint on the KBDi stand?  Members who’ve actively participated in the past have reaped the rewards:  visitors to the stand are pre-booked and committed to renovating their kitchen and/or bathroom, and with your undivided attention during a twenty minute consultation, you’ll have a better than average opportunity to establish a rapport and lock in your site visit with as many clients as you choose to see.

EEA is Australia’s largest home show owner and marketer, and with events such as the Herald Sun Home Show in Melbourne reaching over 36,000 homeowners, they’ve proven their expertise in reaching serious home builders and renovators with high disposable incomes.  EEA have determined that 97.1% of their visitors are undertaking a home improvement project, and each buyer has an average budget of $103,511.  Their exhibitors are returning because they’re gaining good results – EEA claim 54% of exhibitors gain two months or more of work, and 25% gain a four month flow.

Grand Designs Live exhibitors engage with over 40,000 quality visitors at the Melbourne and Sydney expos.  Organisers have calculated that the average dwell time of visitors is over four and half hours, indicating that they’re well in truly ‘in the zone’ for building and renovating, and will be eager to ‘Ask an Expert’ for the right advice about their kitchen and bathroom projects.

If you’d like to learn more about what’s involved in manning the KBDi stand, contact Lorena on 1300 253 223.  In the meantime, grab your diary and make note of the upcoming shows:
