If you missed the Milan Design week this year, have no fear. You only missed the world of lighting getting a whole lot more interesting. Lights of all shapes and sizes featured. Lavish and extravagant is what best describes the lighting installations that the designers at this year’s FLOS exhibited.
The LED technology in the lights shown, not only light the room effectively but can also last for a prolonged period of time. Lights designed by Lee Broom and the Dutch brand BOOO are said to be able to last up to 20 years.
Focusing on the effect of the lights, and the interaction that they have with the style of the lampshade is another feature the lights shown have. Not only do the lights, light the room but they also serve as features in any room of the house.
