One Cannes brings community and connection to residence

Covid may have slowed the pace of living, but it has fast-tracked the need for higher quality living.

Future thinking architecture and design practice, Plus Architecture Brisbane together with prolific developer Marquee Development Partners, is leading the curve, offering a new way of living on the coast with Marquee’s latest project titled One Cannes.

Located in a quiet, leafy pocket between Broadbeach & Surfers Paradise, the meticulously crafted tower emulates the natural landscape that surrounds it, drawing on the ocean, river, parkland & verdant hinterland to inform its composition.

Danny Juric, Plus Architecture Brisbane and Gold Coast Director says, “One Cannes was inspired by the soft organic forms and rhythm of nature with an emphasis on incorporating natural materials such as stone and timbers. Each apartment was designed to be oriented towards the river, ocean and hinterland views embracing the beauty of its natural surroundings. As with all our designs, it was imperative for us that One Cannes was more than just a beautiful building to look at, and instead, offered a lifestyle of relaxation and rejuvenation for people to buy and enjoy for many years to come.”

Offering 84 two, three and four-bedroom apartments, One Cannes offers what many Australians have been seeking through this past year; space in a vibrant community, connection to nature while still being connected to daily business needs, and overall escapism, offering a holiday feeling at home.

Proving it is more than just a building, One Cannes has been designed with five-star resort style amenities inspired by the French Riviera. Expanding across two full levels of the development is a 25m infinity edge magnesium lap pool, poolside cabanas and sun beds, a European style sauna, Yoga and Pilates studio with a separate large-scale gym and a roof top terrace with lounges to suit.

Taking the experience even further, One Cannes offers other unique residents’ only amenities such as a teppanyaki-style  dining table, private offices, boardrooms and QANTAS inspired business lounge for those working from home, a private pontoon and jetty as well as a resident’s bar with billiards tables, private dining spaces, a car wash bay and more.

On the periphery, another experience awaits. Just a five-minute walk to the beach, two-minute walk to the lightrail, four-minute walk to the Jewel beachfront dining precinct and a 12-minute walk to boutique shopping at Capri on via Roma, One Cannes offers an all-encompassing experience suited to any lifestyle.

The two remaining penthouses released to the market will offer a chance for buyers to design their dream sky home. The impeccable residences will span across level 17 with two complete levels of French Riviera-inspired amenities and an incomparable level of lifestyle exclusivity.
