Pre-sales have officially commenced for the highly anticipated Ocean Club Sky Lounge, situated in the heart of Main Beach, Gold Coast.

Ocean Club Sky Lounge stands out as the only development on Main Beach to provide panoramic views from every residence. With just 28 residences available across 40 floors, each home is set on a minimum full floorplate starting from 317 sqm, ensuring spacious and lavish living spaces for discerning buyers.

The residences are meticulously designed by renowned firms Mim Design and Banda Design, with options including full-floor residences, sky residences, and double-floor sky homes. The pinnacle of luxury is the 883 sqm penthouse spanning four floors, promising a lifestyle of opulence and sophistication.

This $280 million project is a joint venture between property developer Rory O’Brien, known for crafting exclusive residences in prime locations, and Banda Property, led by Edo Mappeli Mozzi, husband of Princess Beatrice. According to Mr. O’Brien, the Ocean Club Sky Lounge occupies the last superior development site in the area, with its unique position surrounded by protected parklands and the beach.

“When the concept of an extraordinary new development on North Main Beach presented itself, it was impossible not to snap up the opportunity to build on what is essentially the last and the best location in the area. We regard it as the last superior development site as it is surrounded by protected national parklands and of course, the beach, so there is no ability going forward, for any further large-scale developments, least of all to 40 storeys per our DA,” Mr O’Brien said.

As construction is set to commence in Q4 2024, the project has garnered significant interest from high-profile builders known for exceptional standards. An announcement regarding the builder is expected in the coming months, further adding to the excitement surrounding this landmark development.

Aside from its unparalleled views and luxurious residences, Ocean Club Sky Lounge offers residents access to a private club with whisky and champagne bars, an onsite chef, and a state-of-the-art Wellness Centre with spa facilities, sauna, gymnasium, and yoga studio. Additionally, its proximity to the Marina Mirage precinct ensures a lifestyle of convenience and indulgence, with a range of upscale amenities and dining options nearby.

With prices starting from just $6.62 million, Ocean Club Sky Lounge presents a rare opportunity for individuals seeking the epitome of luxury living on the Gold Coast’s coveted Main Beach.
