“The owners wanted a bathroom retreat that was stylish and contemporary and would stand the test of time. The previous bathroom was half the size as it backed onto a small walk-in robe. The two rooms were merged to provide a large master ensuite, allowing for the double vanity and freestanding bath. The double vanity has a timber grain finish that is complemented by the porcelain timber grain tiles of the feature wall. The freestanding stone bath provides a luxurious space for the owners to unwind and relax, and the integrated shower base creates a seamless transition from floor to shower. We focused on symmetrical design to create a clean and beautiful space, such as the dark feature wall that is balanced with the dark-coloured shower base on the opposite side of the room. Neutral tones and natural finishes, such as stone and timber, create a natural and balanced bathroom that is a place of luxury and relaxation.”
