Simple kitchen design with the new Zip HydroTap

Zip has introduced a new Zip HydroTap All-In-One model, which not only supplies boiling and chilled filtered water instantly, but also incorporates a mixer tap supplying hot and cold water so there is no need for more than one tap in the kitchen. It’s a great opportunity to simplify kitchen design.

You can choose from two types of Zip HydroTap All-In-One. One type can be connected to the usual incoming hot and cold water supply. The other is connected to merely the incoming cold water supply, as the model mixes boiling and cold water in order to provide hot water for tasks such as plate rinsing.

Eliminating the need for connection to a hot water supply can be an advantage in kitchens that are remote from the main hot water service. The costs of either a separate water heater or the piping of hot water for long distances can be avoided with the Zip HydroTap All-in-one.

The Zip HydroTap All-In-One also saves energy, with a number of advanced features aimed at reducing power consumption. When unused or when the room goes dark, the system goes into sleep mode and an inbuilt 24/7 timing system turns the power off during periods when the kitchen is not in use.
