Kinzel goes up against the best of the best to take out the Project of the Year Award
It doesn’t get much better than having your first formal recognition of your presence in the competitive interior design industry by winning the infamous Project of the Year Award at the Master Painters of Australia Awards for Excellence. Kinzel Industries has done exactly this, beating the best of the best to take out the title in the 2011/2012 award ceremony.
As host of the prestigious awards, the Master Painters Association NSW is a not-for-profit, independent industry association that represents the interests of painting, decorating and sign writing contractors and employers. The association has been running for more than 100 years and is headed by a group of elected councillors who aim to advance, encourage and recognise the highest standards of trade craftsmanship and ethical business practice; the Master Painters of Australia Awards of Excellence being a core element of this goal.
It was Kinzel’s perfectionist nature, ‘wow’ factor and standout performance throughout the year that led to the company being awarded the Project of the Year Award, and its “work and leadership earning the admiration of people across the industry”, says CEO of the Master Painters Association, Therese Lauriola. Kinzel’s winning project was a home in Woollahra that creatively reflected Kinzel’s love of paint and quality workmanship. “We strive for perfection and we make every stroke count,” says Kinzel CEO Adam Socha. “Our customers are experiencing how decorative painting finishes allow them to feel as if they just purchased a brand new home.”
Kinzel Industries provides a variety of services to its customers including painting, rendering, decorating and restoration. The Kinzel team works with the company’s niche finishes and effects such as suede, rust, denim, French wash, lime wash and stucco, all of which are suited to various types of buildings, from heritage listed estates to new constructions, industrial buildings and high-rise blocks.
