Kodo Apartments breaks records in Adelaide
Rising 30 storeys into the sky, Kodo by Woods Bagot is the highest residential apartment building in Adelaide. It will be the tallest of it s kind and set new records for residential developments in the city.
The building is the first phase of a larger masterplan aiming to open up the connectivity of the immediate area and to make it more pedestrian friendly.

The project aims to maintain the ability of residents to enjoy inner-city living while appreciating the privacy of being outside the CBD.
Kodo are comprised of 204 apartments (one, two and three bedrooms) and each with outdoor terraces flanked by partitions. The lower levels include parking for residents as well as space for commercial use.
Due to its record-breaking heights, Kodo takes advantage of the nearby sights including the beach, Adelaide hills and the city skyline. All of these views can be seen from a panoramic standpoint on the private rooftop garden that will include a landscaping scheme inspired by the gardens in Victoria Square.
The project is in the process of being completed this year.
