Inspired by its surroundings, Merri Northcote has been designed to sit seamlessly within its environment. Each home embraces natural light, captures creek views, and features flexible spatial layouts that adapt to modern living. Generous storage, versatile floor plans, and multiple furnishing options cater to a wide range of lifestyles, from young professionals to growing families. The development comprises 99 social housing dwellings and 151 private residences, with privacy enhanced through extensive landscaping. A pedestrian-friendly ground level encourages social interaction, fostering connections between residents and the wider Merri Creek community.
