Currently, Slattery is at the forefront of advising major developers and government bodies on significant precincts in the arts and education sectors. The company is deeply committed to knowledge leadership, reconciliation, sustainability, and creating positive outcomes for communities through their contributions to the built environment. To bolster their growth as a business and reflect their strong positive culture, Slattery has transformed its workplace environment.

The new office interiors in Melbourne exemplify a human-centric design approach. Slattery prioritized not only aesthetic beauty but also placed their people at the core of the design process. Emphasizing well-being, inclusivity, comfort, belonging, and purpose, they succeeded in crafting a productive work environment where employees feel motivated to work and collaborate.

GH Commercial design project

The boardroom and meeting hubs within the office exemplify the creative use of color theory in interior design to foster dedicated zones for enhanced creativity. Collaborating with GH Commercial, Slattery opted for custom Designer Jet® carpet tiles to complement these colored spaces. The sophisticated furnishings in each area harmoniously blended with the specific color palette, creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages collaboration.

The cutting-edge Designer Jet® technology played a pivotal role in achieving the desired design outcomes. This innovative carpet design technique employs precision engineering to inject dye directly into the carpet pile, enabling the replication of virtually any image, drawing, logo, or pattern in an extensive spectrum of colors. This versatile technology allowed Slattery to either create their own distinctive designs or collaborate with GH Commercial’s in-house team. Alternatively, they could select from a vast library of fully customizable, production-ready patterns, along with the freedom to choose preferred surface textures, product sizes, and backing types. Ultimately, Designer Jet® provided Slattery with unique and customized carpet solutions that perfectly complemented their commercial project.

Through this thoughtful approach to workplace design and the seamless collaboration with GH Commercial, Slattery has embraced an inspiring environment that fosters creativity and collaboration, aligning with their commitment to excellence and innovation in the industry.
