In Ukraine’s Carpathian Mountains, frozen lakes lie still and serene. Trees bow under the quiet weight of snowfall, and yet there’s a subtle warmth found within this winter landscape. It was this sense of frozen welcome that inspired the interplay of spidery veining and luminous white tones.
As you take that first step onto the frozen surface, looking past the opaque ice and its trails of brilliant, fractured lines, you can just make out the water moving gently beneath. Around you, the breath of winter softens every sound, wrapping the landscape in stillness. Ice Reverie reflects this quiet movement through diffused grey veining and a soft, two-toned ground — a surface that captures both the calm and complexity of a world held in ice.
