Sensa®: protection and superior quality in natural stone surfaces

Cosentino’s Sensa® product range is the perfect combination of nature and innovation. Enjoy the design, durability, and resistance of natural stone without the worry of staining. Sensa® by Cosentino quartzites and granites are treated with an exceptional anti-stain treatment that will protect your benchtop and keep it looking as good as new, with both visual and functional advantages.

Sensa® anti-stain treatment, SenGuard, is highly resistant to stains preventing liquids from being absorbed on the surface. Cosentino subjects the natural stone to its invisible long-lasting treatment, capable of chemically incorporating itself into the material while still allowing it to breathe. This technology increases its powerful natural properties and prolongs the life of the product making it an excellent choice for kitchen benchtops and other household surfaces. The process alters the surface tension of the natural stone, causing the material itself to prevent liquids such as water, coffee, or oil from penetrating it.

In addition, Sensa® is, thanks to the material’s natural characteristics, able to retain its colour and protect itself from alterations caused by sunlight and UV radiation. Certified and approved for direct contact with food, a high-quality surface that offers such reliable performance, especially in the kitchen, that it comes with a 15-year warranty.

Every Sensa® slab is different from the rest because each surface has exceptional veining that is found in no other. A product ideal for the sophisticated customer who requires a material that is resistant to scratches and stains and that consistently offers outstanding performance over time.

This unique range of natural stone is currently available in 15 exclusive colours, a mixed offering of different dark tonalities for intimate spaces of any style: modern, classic, or minimalist. The choices can align with the on-trend ‘total black’ style or create contrasting accents, with uninterrupted, polished, or veined results. Black is faultless at creating timeless designs.

The white colours in this range give light, offering a variety of white tones, each of them unique and capable of creating spaces that are lively, minimalistic, timeless, or classic. White can complement all styles and spaces, illuminating a space to achieve excellent results.
