Geberit releases the ESG Electrofusion Pipe Welders
Geberit has released the ESG 3 Electrofusion Pipe Welder and ESG LIGHT Electrofusion Welder, used for joining Geberit HDPE pipes and fittings safely and efficiently.
The ESG 3 solution can weld the full range of Geberit HDPE pipes and fittings from 40mm right through to 315mm in diameter. It can also simultaneously weld up to three electrofusion couplings at once on pipes 110mm diameter and below, saving a lot of time for plumbing professionals.

The larger unit can be operated with a generator because of its inbuilt overvoltage protection.
The ESG LIGHT welder is a light and compact unit that’s particularly suited to hard-to-access installations like in trenches or congested service zones. This unit can weld Geberit HDPE pipes and fittings from 40mm to 160mm in diameter and comes with robust impact-resistance cushioning for job site protection.
