“With a large family and circle of friends, the owners entertain all the time – and love to do so. They wanted this space to work on many levels – to be functional, accommodate large groups, serve as the main family area, be easy to clean, have a modern style and connect the indoors with their much-loved pool and deck area.
The kitchen’s colour scheme was chosen to reflect the pool’s water feature and the seamless nature of the design with its integrated appliances enhance continuity and flow.
A wall was removed, making room for the desired open and large kitchen, plenty of storage space, and their favourite feature: the long island benchtop. The working part of the kitchen is on one side, leaving the entire benchtop available as a workspace, central gathering point or informal dining spot.”
