The Ottawa collection of dining furniture by Karim Rashid for BoConcept has been awarded an “honourable mention” by the 37-member red dot jury for its particularly well-executed detail solution. Ottawa is functional design that embraces urban living and the desire for a unique, contemporary look.
Karim Rashid’s Ottawa collection pays homage to his 30 years of experience in the design industry. On winning the award Karim says, “I am so thrilled about winning the Red Dot award for the Ottawa Collection. I knew it deserved to win an award and it won the most prestigious award in the world! Thanks to a great collaboration with BoConcept, we can help increase the awareness of design in our world, make design a public subject and add a project that is super comfortable, very functional and engaging.”
The Ottawa collection includes a complete dining room set with table, chairs, sideboard and cabinet. Like most BoConcept furniture, all the pieces can be customised in your choice of colour and/or material.
