Burrowed in the heart of Beecroft, this remarkable project unfolds with a striking extension that gracefully stretches to the rear of the home, covering an impressive 125 square meters of a refreshed retreat of pure luxury that will leave you in awe. Inside, you are captivated by an array of fresh installations and refurbishments that radiate sophistication and style.

The brand-new kitchen stands as the centrepiece, boasting a butler’s pantry and an exquisite in-situ concrete island bench. The solid island bench is complemented with industrial elements throughout, such as exposed brickwork and ceiling ductwork that is balanced with sleek black cabinetry, creating a welcoming and modern atmosphere without sacrificing the warmness.

A cleverly integrated bathroom within the laundry area adds convenience, while enhancing to the overall charm of the space. The expanded living and dining areas gesture you to unwind and embrace the comforts of the home, with a cosy games area connecting the living room – perfect for cherished moments with loved ones.

The extension walls, constructed with resilient 200mm cast in-situ exposed concrete, display a sensation of strength and durability. The polished concrete floors and the elegant Queensland Hoop pine express joint panelling on the ceiling elevate the aesthetic appeal to new heights, leaving you in awe of the meticulous attention to detail.

The ample floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, reaching an impressive 3.0 meters in height, and spanning an incredible 10 meters in width is a standout feature on its own. These doors offer a seamless connection to the outdoors, inviting nature’s beauty to gracefully infuse the heart of the home.

Once you step outside, you are greeted by an enchanting oasis of the surrounding landscape, transforming the exterior and pool area into a blissful retreat. The elements from the original Californian Bungalow have been artfully and thoughtfully integrated into the modern design, creating a harmonious blend of the past and the present that feels both nostalgic and refreshing. Preserving heritage, whilst balancing the embrace of innovative design.
