Greenwood Hotel, North Sydney, needed to clad two new chimney vents above the food court, according to the local council’s stipulation that they be covered in vegetation. Atlantis Aurora provided the perfect solution with their green walls.
The five metre tall chimneys protrude through the courtyard of the hotel, at the rear of a restaurant. With the addition of the green walls, the North Sydney skyscrapers look down on a verdant vertical garden. Atlantis Aurora’s team specially selected the plants to work cohesively with the current design of the courtyard.
The total project spans 80m2 and will be enjoyed by visitors to the Greenwood Hotel for years to come.
