Colour to inspire, not intimidate

Leading Australian Paint Brand, Taubmans, and interior designer and TV star, Shaynna Blaze, have created a new series of colour cards to help navigate home owners through this daunting process of colour selection.

Launched over a Deconstructing Colour workshop held at The Langham in Sydney on April 11, the company, alongside their brand ambassador and creative director, Shaynna, claimed they hoped the cards would enable home owners to break from the bland, and be bold with colour.
“The colour cards are designed to help people to become colour confident and to equip them with the basic knowledge needed to take decoration into their own hands,” says Shaynna. The Exterior, Interior, White and Neutrals and Colours for Living cards each address a different colour challenge, and present key looks with matching palettes and tips to make consumers approach painting with a sense of fun, rather than fearfulness.

“By overcoming our fear and embracing colour you can successfully stamp your own personality and character on your home, and create depth and layers in your interior in a simple and inexpensive way,” Shaynna explains.
