Hermès Shanghai Window Display with a Lot of Character
Hermès Shanghai enlisted the help of Principal of Drawing Architecture Studio Li Han, to create its new summer window display alongside a solo exhibition inside.

The window art named ‘Scape of Urban Object’ and solo exhibit ‘Life Models’ is a colourful showcase of the different meanings of ordinary objects. The window display features an array of urban objects such as buses, vending machines, billboards, electric boxes and water tanks and transforms them into colourful artistic forms.
The bright colours of the urban forms stand out in the window display and harmoniously connect to the solo exhibit ‘Life Models’ inside the luxury store.
‘Life Models’ is a collection of several unique artworks that explore the different aspects of life. The artworks display microscopic worlds of urban spaces such as an opera theatre, parking garage, residential buildings and other. The artworks explore these mundane, urban spaces to create unique and intriguing art forms that visitors can dissect.
