2011 Pool Spa & Outdoor Living Expo helps create the ultimate outdoor experience

Householders looking for ways to turn their gardens and outdoor living areas into an oasis should look no further than the 2011 Sydney Pool Spa & Outdoor Living Expo. The expo opens at 9am on Saturday, February 12, with the best deals and the most extensive range of pools, spas, equipment, accessories, landscaping and outdoor living solutions.

More than 100 leading suppliers will be exhibiting and providing information and advice at the expo, which is being held at Rosehill Gardens Event Centre on Saturday, February 12 and Sunday, February 13.

The expo will be packed full of feature displays, special show offers and new releases from leading suppliers, plus many of Sydney’s award-winning pool, spa and landscape designers. The latest shade systems, gazebos, pool and spa heating systems, barbecues, outdoor furniture, outdoor tiles and pool/spa finishes will also be on display.

Whether you’re interested in concrete, fibreglass or aboveground pools, the newest generation of swim spas, products to keep your pool or spa in top condition, innovative pool lighting or the latest in sustainable water and energy-saving technology, there’s something to suit regardless of your budget. For those considering updating their existing pool or spa, leading experts will be on-hand to give the best advice.

“Expo visitors will be able to explore all the health and lifestyle benefits of pools and spas, consider indoor and outdoor alternatives and evaluate the modern design trends that best suit their lifestyle, budget and family home environment,” says Spiros Dassakis, CEO of the Swimming Pool & Spa Association (SPASA) NSW.

“The demand for pools, spas and water-feature installations and associated landscaping continues to boom and the creation of the Aussie backyard oasis has become an essential part of the modern Sydney home and outdoor living experience. The backyard swimming pool, lap pool or spa is now a must-have addition to the new or renovated home as singles and young families spend time entertaining and socialising in the privacy of their own backyard.

“We invite Sydney-siders to come and discover why thousands of homeowners are installing pools, spas and enhancing their outdoor living space for improved lifestyle and family enjoyment.”

The Sydney Pool Spa & Outdoor Living Expo will also feature a series of free seminars and Ask an Expert series, with a range of topics including:
• Modern landscaping and pool design
• New environmentally friendly and energy-efficient technologies
• The latest swimming pool trends
• Transforming older pools
• Maintaining swimming pools

Visitors to the expo will be able to win one of three great door prizes valued at more than $11,000, including a Relaxer five-seater family spa from Just Spas Minchinbury, a Clarke Rubber Round Ultra Pool, and a Tucker GT four-burner barbecue from BBQ Factory.
