From the outset, Bravia worked closely with the homeowners to craft a residence that balanced grandeur with warmth. As Chanel Williams, Bravia’s interior designer, explains:
“The goal was to reflect the client’s vibrant and elegant personality, while creating spaces that feel welcoming and liveable. Every detail was custom, no shortcuts, no repetition. Just beautiful, thoughtful design.”
That custom philosophy is evident in the six-metre-high entry foyer, where a statement chandelier, floor-to-ceiling wainscoting, and a grand piano set the tone. Flowing into an expansive kitchen, living, and dining space, the neutral palette and tailored features, including a glass wine room, reinforce the home’s signature blend of sophistication and function.
Throughout, Intrim’s architectural mouldings play a defining role. The SK498 profile, used for both skirtings and architraves, complements the classic-meets-contemporary vision, while WB01 wall battens deliver rich, board-and-batten texture in each bedroom. Intrim’s CR19 chair rail and IN16 inlay mould also feature prominently, used to frame elegant wall paneling across key entertaining zones.
Each of the six bedrooms has been individually styled, complete with walk-in robes, marble-clad ensuites, and distinct colour schemes. The master suite’s dual ensuites, finished in Bisazza mosaic, underscore the level of personalisation throughout.
Chanel adds,
“The clients gave us full creative freedom and a clear brief to deliver something truly unique. Working closely with them throughout the process, we infused each space with its own tone and flair, ensuring that colour, texture, and form were thoughtfully layered across the home.”
The Annead Residence also boasts a suite of luxury lifestyle additions, including a private cinema, bar, home office, Gucci-inspired powder room, and full-size tennis court. A wellness retreat with massage room, steam room, gym, and ice bath brings spa-grade indulgence to everyday living.
