Judging has begun for Dulux Colour Awards 2014

Entries for the Dulux Colour Awards 2014 closed last week and the countdown is on as the judges’ search for a winner.
For the first time in the award’s 28-year history, five judges will make up the 2014 judging panel, which includes some leading names in the Australasian design and creative industries: Callum Fraser, architect and director of award-winning architecture firm Elenberg Fraser; Geoffrey Carran, contemporary artist; Daimon Downey, musician and creative entrepreneur; Daniel Dalla Riva, installation designer; and Claire Sullivan, publisher and editor-in-chief of New Zealand publications Denizen and Design Folio.
The judges have begun reviewing the shortlisted entries across the following categories:

– Commercial Interior
– Commercial Exterior
– Commercial Interior Refurbishment
– Single-residential Interior
– Single-residential Exterior
– Multi-residential Interior
– Multi-residential Exterior
– Residential Interior Refurbishment
– Student
– Grand Prix

Key dates:
• Finalists will be announced 27 February 2014
• Winners will be announced 27 March 2014 at a gala event in Melbourne
