ZIP HydroTap features in latest project by Golden State Property Developments

Brisbane-based Golden State Property Developments (GSPD) are renowned for designing residential sanctuaries of contemporary luxury.

Just south of Brisbane’s CBD, GSPD have brought forward a boutique, multi-residential development the spreads across four floors of apartments at 124 Swann Road, Taringa.

The project boasts expansive views of the city and the surrounding greenery as well as the river at a distance. GSPD have created homes that are contemporary and multi-functional. Each apartment features warm tones and textures throughout and is mainly composed of dark carpets, wood and white walls to give residents a blank canvas to curate their own spaces.

The project also features a private rooftop terrace, with phenomenal panoramic views of the surrounding environment, which is accessible to each apartment resident. This was an ideal addition to elevate this multi-residential project.

Each apartment features the addition of Zip’s HydroTap Celcius Arc Boiling filtered water tap in matte black. The appliance takes prideful place on the kitchen benchtop and transcends the functionality of the living space to another level as it delivers instant filtered boiling water. With just one appliance (which comes in a range of finishes), residents are able to enjoy clean water and stay efficiently hydrated.

Multi-use residential developments like this are catering to growing populations in Australia. More and more are getting developed to provide long-term homes and meet evolving lifestyle changes. By recognizing the importance and demand for these projects, GSPD have designed meaningful residences through this project.
